FCSA Member Giant Umbrella Pocketing Holiday Pay

Regular readers and supporters will be familiar with Contractor Voices’ objective to rid the industry of umbrellas that have failed to pay legally required Holiday Pay and to expose those umbrellas when the requisite proof is obtained. It is wrong in every case, but considering the possibility that 50,000+ contractors were affected and the substantial amount of money at stake, the proof that Giant purposefully withheld and pocketed Holiday Pay to the disadvantage of the contractors represents the worst Holiday Pay malfeasance.
