If you have purchased a refundable fare, you can cancel your flight for a full refund to the original form of payment. The cancellation has to be made before the scheduled departure time. In case the flight has already departed, no refund will be provided.
For non-refundable fares, Frontier Airlines offers a credit shell for the value of the canceled flight, minus any applicable fees. This credit can be used towards future travel with Frontier Airlines. It is important to note that the credit shell is non-transferable and must be used within a specified timeframe.
