This project aims to strengthen district health systems in their ability to comprehensively monitor and respond to the TB care cascade with quality improvement (QI) interventions. The care cascade model can be used as a program monitoring tool to improve case finding, diagnosis, linkages to free treatment, medication adherence, and recurrence-free survival of all TB patients. This mobile app is one of the key interventions of the project with objectives to strengthen the knowledge support system of the health staff in TB patient-centric care and program management of the National TB Elimination Program.
